- Return and Exchange Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 3 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Some items, such as undergarments and swimwear, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our delivery service will take the returned item from the delivered location. If our delivery service is not within the reach of item location, then in that case We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Refunds: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, we will issue a store credit.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
